Statement from Jody Conrad and Shaun Southwell on data security and confidentiality 

We understand you may have questions about how operational and commercial data is managed now that Krux Analytics has joined IMDEX.

From a data perspective, nothing changes with respect to confidentiality or protections. All data collected and managed through the Krux platform continues to be governed by the Master Services Agreement (MSA) in place between Krux and your organisation.

These agreements include the same provisions covering data ownership, confidentiality and security.

Importantly, the acquisition does not change how customer data is accessed or managed. Krux continues to operate the platform and manage customer environments under the same contractual obligations already established.
